New Languages ICT Action Research pages
The profile of the work done by colleagues through Languages ICT Action Research projects has been raised in recent months thanks to the redesign of the web pages which showcase these projects and a number of high-profile dissemination activities. You can browse projects from previous years on the Archived projects; these projects are also entered into the Useful ICT ideas, effective language lessons database for easy searching. Latest projects, whether at planning stage or completed, are published on the Projects 2006-07 pages. You might also like to take a look at the small number of Extended projects being undertaken this year for the first time.
In addition, Action researchers have been sharing their experiences through a range of peer dissemination events around the country, including:
- The BETT Show, 13 January 2007, London
- Digital video in action launch event, 1 March 2007, Leicester
- Languages and ICT in action event, 8 March 2007, Halifax
- Language World strand of sessions, 30 March 2007, Oxford (From "PowerPoint to Wikimania", "Harnessing multimedia" and "Creating the virtuous circle")
